New Generator Switch Gear Controller Design with Only One In-Process Revision Situation: Our customer wanted to develop a new dryer control to provide more safety monitoring and programmability. Solution: Working with the customer's design team, MEC developed a new, safer dryer control device capable of monitoring all safety-critical systems. The new system also incorporates fire detection and suppression, programmable drying cycles, and multiple language support. Results: The design proved to be quite adaptable to a wide range of systems, from fairly simple to high-end systems with many extra features. The customer was able to leverage the new controller design across its entire line of dryers. |
