We offer a variety of prototype service packages through our Screaming Circuits strategic business unit, including simple proto, full proto and short-run production. Prototyping can be standalone or part of a volume production project's ramp phase. We have designed our service to meet the needs of today's electronic design engineers. Our full service Screaming Circuits website offers instant quoting, order management, secure file uploads and online order status for standalone projects. We can complete orders in 24 hours with only 24-hours' notice and we regularly complete orders in 5 business days.
Prototypes in support of volume production runs are managed by MEC's project team.
Our technical capabilities include machine placed SMT down to 0201 components, fine-pitch parts, BGA and leadless parts; board finishes such OSP and ENIG; board types such as rigid, flex, rigid-flex, ceramic and metal core; and virtually any layer count or board size. Physical sizes can range from 0.75" x 0.75" to 14.5" x 19.5" via our standard process. We are flexible enough to handle your larger and smaller physical sizes with our special process capabilities.
