MEC uses customer-focused program teams to support each project. A program manager serves as a key point of contact between your team and MEC’s materials, engineering and operations personnel. Team composition is based on each customer's unique needs.
Your program manager is tasked with developing a strategy that meets your program's requirements. Demand variability, cost reduction goals, alignment with your company's continuous improvement initiatives, technological challenges, varying support requirements over your product's lifecycle and logistics simplicity are all factors considered by program managers in developing an optimum solution for your project. Your program manager will also work with you to determine your preferred visibility in project metrics and provide you with customized reports.
In addition to internal training processes, our program managers participate in IPC’s EMS Program Management Certification Program.
