Late-Night Software Revision Yields Successful Demonstration of Generator Controller

Situation: The clock was ticking for our customer. They needed to successfully demonstrate a 400 Hz generator controller based on their 60 Hz design, and there was little time left before the presentation to their customer.

Solution: Without any hardware changes, MEC modified the customer's software to allow sensing of 400 Hz. MEC worked with the customer late into the night to perform debug and final solution prior to the next day's demonstration.

Results: The demonstration went well and the customer was able to sell several of the 400Hz generator controllers to their customer.
