Situation: A custom USB-based testing device was giving our customer PC connection problems.

Solution: We analyzed and fixed firmware and software drivers in the device. We provided the customer with detailed information on the corrections so they could document them accurately into their design database.

Results: The customer released the testing device product, and is currently using it at customer sites.
