Enhanced Electronic Dryer Control Brings Greater Safety and Expanded Capabilities to an Entire Product Line Situation: Our customer wanted to develop a new electronic dryer control Solution: Working with the customer's design team, MEC developed a new, safer electronic dryer control device capable of monitoring all safety-critical systems. The new system also incorporates fire detection and suppression, programmable drying cycles, and multiple language support. Results: The electronic and software design proved to be quite adaptable to a wide range of systems, from fairly simple to high-end systems with many extra features. The customer was able to leverage the new controller design across its entire line of dryers.
